J1- Paris – Bishkek
J2 : Bishkek
Arrival in Bishkek early morning. Transfer to our Guest House. Leisurely afternoon in the capital of Kyrgyzstan . Bazaar , museum, parks. Overnight in Guest house .
J3 : Sussamyr Valley
Road to pass Tyuz Ashuu (3 600 meters). Once the tunnel crossed the pass , a magnificent panorama awaits us. Descent to the valley and the river and its canyon Kekemeren ocher colors. Tented camp on the banks of the river Sussamyr .
J4 : Song Kul
Trail by karakeche pass , 3600 meter, against low Song Kul Lake and dozens of yurts installed for the summer in this natural paradise . Great run on the lake across from the old track. First contacts with Kyrgyz nomads. Camp at the lake and overnight in yurts or tents if possible ( alti 3 130 m).
Day 5 : Song Kul Lake , the heart of Kyrgyzstan
A day over the ger camps . We share with them a few hours of life ( treated mares , making koumis , cheese …. ) . Camp in a yurt or tent if possible .
J6 : Transfer Song Kul – Naryn – Dzetim
Day Transfer to the south and the city of Naryn before joining the family Bolot installed at the foot of the massif of Dzetim .
J 6-9: Massif Dzetim and Moldavia Bashy
We leave for 4 days trekking in the mountains of Dzetim with focus as the Moldavia Bashy beautiful face of 4 630 m. We live at the foot of magnificent glaciers , mineral mountains, we spend passes over 4400 meters to dive into new valleys. To the east we see the highest peaks of Kyrgyzstan , the peaks Tengry Khan , Pobeda peaks over 7 000 m. Once passed this massive , two days walk to reach the massive Terskey further north.
J10 -11: Valley Ton
2 Days in the Valley Toun (terrain is hilly and dotted with ger camps ) to join the family Raochan installed at the foot of the massif of Karagogan 4350 m ( one of the peaks of Terskey ) .
J12 – J15: Massif Terskey ( Karagogan )
We go back in time a first lagoon and valley Echiktor . A new day to achieve great lakes ( Techic ) perched at the foot of glaciers before plunging into the valley of Jilu Suu and hot springs . A good bath awaits us !
Your pass 4 000 m, once crossed we will have a great view of Lake Issyk Kul which will be our final goal . Descent towards the pasture yurt camps and the small town of Bakonbaevo installed on the south shore of the lake.
J16 – Issyk Kul
A rest day spent at Lake Issyk Kul , the second largest mountain lake in the world after trekking 10 days. A true moment of happiness to be able to swim in water above 21 degrees ! We are still 1600 m altitude. For those who wish to walk in the canyons behind the lake, lunar landscapes are !
J17 : Bishkek
Transfer to the Kyrgyz capital . Night in our guest house.
J18 : Return flight Europe
General Information :
Accomodation:
In Guest House for nights spent in Bishkek . Tent (2 places) or yurt during travel .
Catering:
Kitchen ” outdoor” prepared by your guides with some meals in the restaurant ( in Bishkek , Kochkorka ) . Last meal day in Bishkek at the expense of clients.
Climate:
This trip takes place in middle and high mountain, he should expect warm days but quite cool mountain nights .

The trek is at an average altitude of 3500 meters with mountain passes over 4400 meters. Day walk 7-8 hours with vertical drop of

Formalities:
To get in Kyrgyzstan must have a valid passport (6 months validity ) .
Requirement to have travel insurance repatriation
Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals / vaccines :
No vaccinations are compulsory in Kyrgyzstan . Tetanus vaccination is strongly recommended for any outdoor activity .
The organization provides a collective pharmacy , but we recommend you bring an individual pharmacy including:
– Personal medicine
– A good sunscreen
– A spare pair of glasses for those involved
A small tour to the dentist for a check is not negligible , do not rely on local dentists!
